Please make contact with us so we can organize to get the right item to you ASAP.
1) You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost will be at buyer’s cost.
2) All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order number.
3) We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT except shipping cost, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all the components and accessories included.
Sorry to hear that, if your item didn’t arrive in 4 weeks, please contact us first, we can refund you with item price or resend a same item to you.
Currently, we offer worldwide shipping.
However, please note that you may need to pay VAT or other custom tax referring to the custom regulation in your country when you choose economy shipping.
The VAT is already collected when you choose ‘Manufacture Express’.
It takes 7 ~ 15 days for ‘Manufacture Express’, and 10 ~ 25 days for ‘Manufacture Economy’.
Currently we only have warehouse in US, so for other countries and in case of out of stock, we have an shipping option called ‘Manufacture Shipping’. It means the product will be shipped directly from the manufactures instead of warehouse. The time is around 10 ~ 25 days depends on countries and the method chosen.
